Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1 2025

Welcome to Jewels Of Toronto ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website, and apply to all custom engagement ring purchases. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Custom Orders

• All engagement rings are made-to-order and handcrafted based on the specifications you provide.
• Once a custom design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
• You are responsible for providing accurate ring size, design preferences, and any personalization details.

2. Design Process

• We will provide design concepts, CAD renderings, and/or wax models as part of the custom design process.
• Final approval must be given by the client in writing (email or form) before production begins.
• If no response is received within 7 days, we reserve the right to continue, pause or cancel the order.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin the design process.
• Full payment must be made before the ring is shipped or picked up.
• We accept all major credit or debit cards, e-transfer, or PayPal.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• If you cancel before production, the deposit is forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for completed custom rings.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time will be provided after design approval.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

6. Warranty & Repairs

• All rings come with a limited “lifetime” craftsmanship warranty covering structural defects.
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
• We offer repair services; fees may apply based on the issue.
• We reserve the right to withdraw warranty at any time for reasons including but not limited to unsuitable use of product, etc.

7. Ring Resizing

• complimentary resizing is included within 30 days of delivery (restrictions may apply, and extensions are to the discretion of associate).
• Additional or unreasonable amount of resizings may incur a fee.

8. Diamond & Gemstone Policy

• We source ethically and provide certification.
• Natural variances in gemstones are expected and add to the uniqueness of your ring.

9. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs, renderings, and materials remain the intellectual property of [Your Company Name], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use designs for replication elsewhere.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ring.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
